Dennis Tiu
Dennis is the Founder and Managing Director of PROPERTY Enpower.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Law degree and a Postgraduate Certificate with merit in International Investment Law from The University of London.
In the course of his corporate career, Dennis has held such positions as Engineering, Product Marketing, and Product Management at Siemens, Motorola, Samsung, and other global technology companies. He has also worked in Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Having invested in property in Australia for over 13 years, Dennis has extensive experience in the field.

Zenith is the Advisor, Global Funding & Partnership at PROPERTY Enpower.
He has over 30 years of experience in financial markets, wealth management, and asset management. Having held senior positions at leading and reputable global financial institutions in Hong Kong, he has extensive knowledge and a strong network in the industry.
Founder and CEO of Excelerate Fund Management Limited (EXFM), he holds a Type 9 Asset Management License from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).
