Dennis, our founder, is from Hong Kong, where owning a property is a lifetime dream. After moving to Australia in 2008, he decided to pursue the Australian Dream and started property investing.
Investor Journey
Dennis arrived in Sydney as a new immigrant in 2008. Sydney's rental market was in crisis, and 30 people lined up to rent an apartment. Next year, he bought his first property after seeing the great opportunity.
As an engineer, he always invests based on a thorough study of the data. His strategy is to find undervalued but high-yield properties, which works well. Buying low and holding is his key to success.
Professional Real Estate Agent
Property is Dennis' passion, and he became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. He is able to discover off-market deals and understand buyer and rental demand in different areas as a result.
With his investment experience and industry knowledge, he founded PROPERTY Enpower to help others invest in Australian properties.
During the past 13 years, Dennis successfully expanded his portfolio across multiple states.
Dennis invests using the professional engineer's approach. Rather than looking at the appeal of the property, he focuses on the numbers of the deal.
